Those rid of deferments – Those who have defer
Living dose by – those living far away
Those born – those unborn

Long ones – short ones

In the Metta Bhavana practice we’re cultivating love, or friendliness, or
loving-kindness.
Eventually we want to become like an emotional bonfire: a steady blaze of
emotional warmth
that will embrace any sentient being that we become aware of. This is an
attainable goal for every human being.
All it takes is time and some persistent effort.
However Mettā Bhavana leads us to have peaceful and comedown mind and also its
leads to success mundane and super - mundane life.
If you truly love yourself, you will easily love another
If you truly love yourself, you will never harm another |
